No-Glue paper-flower garland

Hi ppl !!!! Am back with a DIY.

Have been planning to post this easy-to-make, no-glue DIY flower garland since long but did not get enough time. Finally here is the tutorial for you.

P.s. The papers shown in the procedure are of different colour because I made various colour flowers for each garland.

Now the final step. Once you got the flowers ready tie them using a thread just as how you would tie normal flowers into a garland. If you do not know how to tie a garland ask your mum she would know. Though I made one garland myself, my aunt helped me to do the other. You can see her doing it in the below pic.

These are the garlands which we made:
(The yellow one is still in the making. Have some plans to embellish it. will share once it is done)

I made this all by myself !

Up-cycling old pants into a pouch

Hi

I am back with an easy DIY Project.

There is this favorite pair of pants of mine which I could not really throw away. Also, since many days I was thinking of making a pouch. But you know, I do not have a sewing machine and nor do I know how to use a sewing machine. I had been thinking of making a pouch which involves less sewing and then I got this idea. since both sides of the leg of the pants are already stitched, I only had to stitch up the third end to make into a pouch. As soon as I got some free time, I put this idea into working. I stitched my nephew's name coz I did not have any other idea in mind and also I have been thinking of making something for him with his name on it. And you know what, it exactly fits his Samsung Tab. He is so very happy to have a pouch with his name. Here is a detailed tutorial on how I made the pouch

In the end I had to add a zip or button. I did not have button ready at home. And adding zip required sewing machine(did not have a zip also ready at home). Since Rishith was gonna use it for his Tab it did not require full zip so I thought why not add a little ribbon bow, just to prevent the Tab from sliding out. And here it is all done.
